Yes.

CSD is much better than EAST price now.. and CSD is undervalued stock...

Already I missed EAST @ 18/= level ... now I don't like to miss CSD as well..

But I worried lot because CSD dropped up to 17.10after I bought @18.60

anyway CSD may pass again 20/= soon..

i also hav CSD 7000 @18.70...
but unfortunatly it went down 17.10
But still i put ma faith on it. coz its on price band now. that means it will go 10% per day.

Today i carefuly look @ the CSD. it seems like some one drop the price to collect as much as he want....

we'll see wht movement that CSD will take 2morrow...

Supply demand theory is valid for any share. today there was a over supply came from one of profit taker. But according to me there will be more buying pressur tomorrow, couz people like profit and which Equity can make better profit than CSD.

don't be a panic seller ......

heh guys,

i think this is the game of stock brokers.

i heard that TKS and Lanka Securities wanted to push this up to LKR 25.00 and then dump. but things went wrong. this was because Capital trust went and dumped their huge stake today at LKR 20.00 and below. they made thier buck.

so i fell that TKS and Lanka Securities want to make their profits now. so they will push this up.

CSD made a profit for this quarter when compared to a loss in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

its BVPS Rs. 29.65 is higher than the current share price of Rs. 17.10

the EPS has improved by over 100% from RS. (.64 ) to Rs.+0.68.

the P/E is at 25 which is attractive when compared to the property sector P/E.

also i got to know that they have received over muli-million rupee contract on a latest commercial property developement project from an overseas company.

i plannig to buy this share within the range of Rs. 17.10 to Rs.20 for the short to medium term due to two reasons.

the company is strong fundamentally.

TKS and Lanka Securities will push this up.

the decision is yours and your alone...............

CSD even without any speculation had to be moved up. It seems some speculators did speed-up the jurny...

This should go up guys. Company performance well deserved to better results. Seems to me like some one drop the price to collect as much as he want. Don't be panic seller. Wait & see...

Today I also collect another 50,000 @ Rs.18.90 & one of my friend also collect another large qty at same level.

I think tomorrow morning some times it can further litte bit come down, then I expect another run. We will wait & see.

But, do not forget with in last 10 days more than 104 Million shares changing hands, out of issued 148 Mn Qty.

Already Seylan Bank & Dhammika/Nimal Perera holding 57% mean (85 Mn shares), we can assume One big gun is playing with CSD.

The important point is currently CSD is trading below of it's Net Asset Value. This is realy discounted price for investors. Good Luck.

there is a big false selling order in CSDat 19.80 if some one want to sell why would they put it at the 10% ban price.. so he wants to buy ?

just think and take your decisions.... now more than half of the total shares are bought above the price of 17rs

ya. SEC must monitor this type of orders. These orders misleading us
