They have negative result last few years and still have over 10 billion interest bearing loan as at end march 2011. this will give more negative result in the coming years too. but due to revaluation they have recover NAPS.

This may happens to most high class hotels in sl. Most companies are over optimistic about tourism.

As there was a court case dragging for years they could avoid financials being released to cse.
Recently there was an announcement raising capital through the treasury via private placement.
Share holders were paid Rs35 each for every share owned by a compensation tribunal and now it is delisted.
My personal opinion
This will be used for political purpose ( to have political dansal ,weddings of governments politicos and their relations)
To accommodate rugby players ,car race drivers which these sports are related to big shot.

Yes I got the compensation from appeal commission. It is Rs 35 per share.please drop an email to pandula1@gmail.com I will send the papers.
