May I repeat my two questions appeared last week - for attention and comments ?

CDAX going blank
CDAX (of ACUITY) goes blank when a holiday falls on a week day (like yesterday). One cannot see even the portfolio value. I have complained about it to both CDAX and ACUITY. No use. Any comments from users?

NDB Stockbrokers

Anyone using NDB Stockbrokers' on-line trading (ATrad)? Is it better than CDAX or DFN?

Cdax is giving lot of problems for me as well,Specially at the start of trading and end o thef trading. My broker is CSB, they said they gonna change to another system soon, dont know when. One of friend said DFN is better, it doesnt stuck.

MY ACCOUNT IS WITH JBS. THEIR SYSTEM IS GOOD. VERY REARLY WE HAVE PROBLEMS.

CDAX- Connection get lost many times during trading time. Very inconvenient to users. CDAX should revisit the current system & enhance it in order to facilitate users. It is noticed that CDAX is always down at the time of heavy trading/crossings take place. Once the loop is done the pageant is already gone.

So much of hype over DFN but ultimately its an over-promised under-delivered case..
Even DFN was having a lot of problems lately.. Apparently ATRAD of CT seemed to be better these days..

There are problems like;
1) Portfolios getting jammed.. portfolios missing today's buying
2) Cash balanced not getting updated after a cheque is cancelled
3) Order placement systems lags and order placements go haywire
4) Disconnections in the middle of trading

I think all of the above are also issues in CADX but DFN was fairly a better platform but I dont know why the developers cant find the issues in these.. Brokers always complain its a problem in exchange when a lag is experienced..
Who to be trust in these cases is still a mystery to me..

Any way we cant believe broker firms, they tell any thing.

I have experience CDAX and little in DirectFN

Each have its own advantages. CDAX is simple and directFN is quite advance.
CDAX UI is one used in decade back.
Sever connection is mostly because of connectivity limitations of client side. ( not always )

I major drawback I found in DirectFN is min fill is disabled. ( not sure some setting is req or not)
specially when trading shares under Rs 10 there is tendency trade shares in 100 lots ultimately yielding high percent of brokege cost. In CDAX it is possible.
IF some one get rid of this please share your experience.
