Look!

This is what happned to CSE. Everybody is taking about the junk. Nobody is really interested in fairly valued fundamantals.

God bless the investors!

I have to agree with you.

Though I also made some profit with Penny stocks , am also concerned as fundamental holdings are not yet moving . For CSE to sustain fundamentals needs to start moving so they can hold their value when up.

Still CSE is driven on speculatives and penny stocks. This has to change at some point.

Take RCL, DIST, DIMO, RHL etc etc etc for example ( not buy recommendations) they have been stagnant for too long. Some fundamental share have lost nearly 50% of their value at peak. Lets hope market recognizes and move towards fundamentals little by little.

In the mean time, there are some short term opportunities also. We can wisely make use of them. Note I still see some fundamental penny stock which have not moved ( RAL, GLAS) etc.

Have you heard of this. " Uran ( pigs) kekuna thalana kota Haban Kukukalanta Mangula lu". When big players make the pool empty, we also can catch a small fish for the survival. So, we are happy! This is what happens in the CSE

Yes .

BTW, there is no harm mixing Long term , medium term and short term shares in our portfolios. Many of my Long Term portfolio ( with over 70% of value) with fundamentals has been nearly stagnant due to current nature of CSE. At some point they will get recognized. Patience is the key.

The idea is to identify shares to Buy Low and Sell High. It is easier said than done it seems in this market. People chase after speculative rallies to make quick bucks. Investing is not the priority is seems. BTW when I said I made some money on Penny stocks today, I have to say that I bought them low and held them for a considerable time to dump when I had enough profit. It was planned. Maybe they will go up further. But profit is profit and I am not trying to be too greedy and get burnt. I have learnt my lessons before.

But my main concern is , New comers and some others will get caught buying at the top in speculative rallies and then it will be the sad stories all over again. it seems to be a pattern.

Let us all take heart to concentrate more on Fundamental as Investments to make CSE sustainable for all of us and not totally rely on speculatives. ( I am not saying you should not have some speculatives . But I see lot of people play with only speculatives)

This is personally to my view,

The market has reacted to one bullish stock - HVA.N..and in a bullish trend..Further if you analyse close is has a connected pattern such as to BLUE, ECL, SMB, EAST, EDEN, STAF.. The market investors acting after a long period of bearish sentiments and today more retail participation on penny stocks.. Also blue chips such as HNB,BUKI were active.

We will see more bullish sentiments in this week as well.. The Penny stocks will sought after heavy buying pressure and apart from above the pattern may start with new stocks such as GLAS, REEF, CSD, TJL, MULL, FLCH.

Our market is highly sensitive and we have to open our eyes and ears wide open to succeed.

Gud Luck

No one said that, always look at fundamental stocks, It should be some percentage of the portfolio and as well as for the medium or short-term penny stocks. You agree or not; except few stocks, your valued fundamentals also moving someday by pushing of someone. In that day no one say that is pushing but try to sell at the maximum. The only difference is that it take some time. This is not like deposit money in a bank and why we leave any earning points in hand… ?

Always we are telling Big fish Big fish. Yes, if we like or not they do their work. The only thing is identify the Entering and leaving points.

All wants to make money as quickly as possible. Any thing makes money make us happy. However, the things depend on the person. Most people do not have time to look at the market every time and do not like or no confidence to take the risk…

‘ Thene Hatiyata ane Gahannath purudu wenna wenawa…. Smile '
