SMLL June reports are not available on the CSE. Seems they haven't release them yet. Since there was a 1 for 2 right in June end quarter, their EPS should have gone down. Is this the reason why they don't release quarterly reports?

Then why people buy this share at a higher price without proper information? Another example for irrationality at CSE, isn't it?

Yea,as it has been listed in Dirisavi Board,its not mandatory to submit every quarter results, Half year results are enough. If you look at their results history, they have never missed June quarter results since 2006. I think delay is due to the annual report,I think they released annual report last week . so it might take another few days to release quarter results.ppl are buying the share coz of dividend that they have declared, Rs.1.20, XD date is 21.sep.2011,might come down there after. If they gonna hide quarter result coz of right issue, they have to do it for few more quarters.

XD date is 21.sep.2011,might come down there after. If they gonna hide quarter result coz of right issue, they have to do it for few more quarters.

Today (12 Sep) is the XD. 21 Sep is the dividend payment date. Anyone buying this share after today is not eligible to receive the announced 1.25 dividend on 21 sep.

As i wanted to say, ppl bought last few weeks coz of the dividend.so it might come down now.

is it because you haven't collected @ lower levels? Very Happy

however i feel this share is good to collect below 48 level.. also this has a support level @ 44 and very unlikely to come below this level.

Bought SMLL when it was trading around 40-42 and disposed at 50.50. Now waiting till it drop down further.
