Yes dividend is not far. Agree need to clear few small sellers around 60.
Buying pressure is slowly coming. This is now ready to north.

Still there's a final round of small sellers at 60s. Once they disappear this can easily hit mid 70+.

It is engaged in the import, sale/distribution of marine paints and protective coatings, and also in the import, manufacturing and distribution of branded fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products. CWM is another great 2nd tier company specializing in trading and distributing fast moving consumer goods. According to their recent quarter performance I have derived the following forecast for 2016/17 though their quarterly revenue and profit figures are not consistant.

At CMP the forward PE is 6x which is very attractive. Another reason is that their current price is less than the book value so it gives ample room for price appreciation.
Technical charts indicates strong buy with Bull/Bear Power of just formed +.35, ROC of +2.7 and RSI of 56. The price should be adjusted to 70/75 levels in medium term hence I would like to advise you to add into your portfolio.

Sri Lanka slashes tax on raw rubber exports

ECONOMYNEXT – The Sri Lankan government will slash a cess on raw rubber exports to Rs4 a kilo from Rs15 to help cultivators get better prices by increasing competition between shippers and the domestic industry, a spokesman said.

Media Minister Gayantha Karunatillake said about 80 percent of natural rubber grown in the island is consumed by domestic industrialists and the rest exported.

“A cess of Rs15 a kilo was levied on raw rubber exports in order to encourage domestic value addition of natural rubber produced in Sri Lanka,” he told a news conference.

“With the reduction in world market prices, the price of Sri Lankan rubber has also come down, putting rubber plantations, including small estate owners, in difficulty.”

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a proposal by Plantation Industries Minister Navin Dissanayake to give relief to cultivators by increasing the price of rubber through more competition between domestic rubber goods producers and raw rubber exporters, he said.

Rubber prices are forecast to remain low till 2020.

yeah.. a good dividend-paying company nealy 8% won't be a wrong investment

market cap is 1.6bn(171th in cse) so can be moved up easily.
problem is less liquidity.
can be moved 25% like chemnex

if you are an experienced investor in CSE, check why this company didnt move in last 12 years. Understand the issue prior to buy it.
