How such deal can happen without knowing by directors? Directors are keep disposing their stake and would be happy to dispose their stake without considering dividend benefit.

directors cheating some times.

maybe they sold and another close friend collecting more quantity at cheap. after few weeks again directors purchasing at that time selling that big amount.

these things can happen real world. we cannot trust behind screen people

When a company EPS is around LKR 0.48 and it's paying LKR 0.30 as dividend, (62% payout), investor should be little conservative. It should be an indication that management have no options to re-invest company earning productively to add future value to the company. When I think about Dividend ration with underlying business of the company, I'm not comfirtable with this counter for long term. Experts can you please provide your view?

teller 4 rupee deal sometimes reach this share to 4 or stagnant in same price...see SAMP crossing previous trading on floor @ 285...but on this day samp price not appreciation...i think same scenario can be happen if your news true.

that mean main share holder sold some stock in the market maybe Margin account problem.

I think Tellers "news" will happen they need to sale some stocks to reduce there credits limit.

Why After Dividend Deal happen
with this dividend they can collect over 50 Millions using that money they can reduce credit Risk.

so then they no need to sale much

Directors are continuously selling big amounts...I was looking this share for months but this behaviour of directors made the share stagnate and restrict moving forward. RS. 4. is bit controversial with current situation.
