I expect JKH to go for a split. Interest of Investors has gone. Not disburse earnings.

Keep an eye on JKH,BRWN, DIST and HAYL. Diretors are buying HAYL shares.

i a not sure about JKH going for a split, i have some concerns that they may be come up with the rights issue, because they are in dare need for money and that is the one of the reasons they dispose part of their investments as well, they already started heavy investments in the hotel sector by way of new or renovating the existing ones. Also they started a property development for the high end customers in the union place, they have plans to increase the super market chain as well.

FOR ALL OF THESE THEY NEED HUGE INVESTMENTS SO THEY NEED TO FIND THE MONEY.

Also see the crossings on JKH, it seems everyday we have seen

Today the Highest contribution also came from the JKH, so i think still some big investors active in the market ( 2nd contribution from Carg )

One foreign fund is trying to exit from JKH thats why you can see some large crossings. I'm not so surprised to see why foreign funds are trying escape from an over heated market.

Personally I think value of JKH should not be beyound Rs 220.00 for sometimes . Eventhough its a blue chip & have some great projects in the horizon.

Directors buying HAYL shares is old (very old) news my friend. One director bought so much that he had to make a mandatory offer for it. That's what keep HAYL at the current price level. Otherwise HAYL is horribly over valued. It's trading at high PE. And you can't call HAYL a high growth company.
