In terms of the SEC directive dated 14th September 2010, the 10% price band has been imposed on IDL-N-0000 with effect from 17th October 2011 to 21st October 2011 (both days inclusive).
The full list of securities on which the 10% price band is applicable is attached.

IDL only 10000 shares traded how it's came to price band any one know about this.

Interestingly if you look at the last published quarterly report, the company shows no revenue! Its a pretty strange company, but the logic on which the price band was applied is mind boggling!

Interestingly this company shows no revenue in its previous quarterly financil statement! But the logic for the price band in this case is pretty strange.. One trade.. 10k shares.. In this case, everything dhould be hit by the PB!

I think the reason must be its drop of Rs 10.

This automatic formula is supposed to monitor stock movement for several days in succession before a band.
So a band in 1 day. Another wonder of this secret formula
