One of companies in Obeikan Investment Group (Saudi Arabia) required a qualified finance manager .If you do know anybody willing to relocate Saudi please refer this
Since Sri Lankan’s are preferred you can demand SAR 20k -25k
Note: This effort is just to replace a Sri Lankan FM from another Sri Lankan FM

Your effort is commendable but the price tag quoted was not fitting the responsibilities that chair carries.

Further if they are to employ someone from a developed nations they will have to pay at least 10 times the amount mentioned there.

Finally that place is a Hell affraid if any one is thinking of a "lock stock & barrel" relocation.
