Can i transfer my brother's shares into my account?..if it can, how can i do it??

share transfer forms are available with every broker.. U cn fill n hanover to them

Please check with your stockbroker.

This type of off market private transfers are not allowed. SEC approves private transfers only in specified circumstances. In the event of a deseased person trustee or adminstrator is entitled to sell deseased shares provided there is probate or a testamentary case judgment issued by the court.

Options available to you
A) open a joint account with your brother
B) do a market transfer. Sell from your brothers account and buy from your. You will be subject to standard transaction cost.

I am not an expert on the subject, therefore please get advise from your stockbroker..

Can transfer, only stamp duty you have pay and if the market value is more than 1 million, there is a fixed fee payable SEC, i think its 1,120/= including VAT, you need get the approval from SEC through your broker
