Hi,

I'm a new investor and I would like to know more details about ATL rights.
These are my concerns.

How can we predict whether it's worth buying these rights?
How can we predict of the starting price of the share? whether the share price will increase or fall than the opening value?
Does the price of a rights share act similarly as a price of a IPO share?

I'm interested in getting to know more about ATL rights, but if someone can advise me on other company's rights are also fine.
Everyone may share your thoughts on rights issue here. Advise of all of you, specially the senior members are highly appreciated.

I think Rights will go up on first day but it will come down again.ATL was making loss if they want to come to profit and recover it will take at least 2years min

I'm entitled to ATL rights issue, but still I didn't receive the rights issue forms/ letter (by post) yet. Sad

Has anyone received it? Please reply. Thanks

I didn't receive my rights issue forms (by post) yet. Is there any other way that i can collect them? Please advise. Thanks

Sometimes it can delay in the post. But if you are concerned you can contact the company secretory to find out what happended.

I checked the cse.lk website but I could not info any contact info.

Then I checked the annualk report as below.

What I'm concerned is whether I would be able to get my rights lodged on time due to this postal service delay; the rights trading will commence on the 31st March.
