Dear admins this is time to talk about whats happening to market.Not time to congrat each other on been moderators,or talk about UN resolution,talk about companies or battle about posts( bearish and bullish).Questions I have.
Why this new system still running???
Can't investors take some action???
After meeting with president SEC,brokers,newspapers have only done jokes with investors.( price band,credit,flavorable decisions).Where are those??What happened to people who talked put articles about those???
How come administrators can control the share market of a country like this.????

btw ADMINISTRATORS are appointed by majority,so if you ddnt appointed those buggers you have to wait until your chance to come..as i waiting

1) Why this new system still running???

First identify and seperate the system end ( cds end) vs software end ( our end)
a) Users: Is the problem with the System or is it with the software end? ( Minimum quantity etc)
b) Brokers : Is the problem due to Brokers not liking the system due to their own reasons ( which I will not mention here) and so they participate less
c) Other than that Yes there seem to be an interfacing issue with some Broker User sofware and ATS system

2) Can't investors take some action???
First we need to identify the fault and then think about a solution. Then we can take action.
Ex : Issue is Minimum Quanity ( 1 share sales). Fix ask them to enable minimum quantity box. YEs we
can complain on this collectively with everybody sendign complaints

Can we say ATS system is failure or can we say the implementation ( Software) and Broker are the people who is creating reluctance ?

Some people do things to get political benefit. We should not beleiev everythings they say.
I think the price band will be removed once the ATS system and a trigger system is set in place to detect manipulation. Price band and the Formula as we saw is useless as they do it after "Horse left the stable"

Politicians, SEC adminitrators, HNWI individuals behind companies?
Anyway simple issue : Our market is still too small. Less liquidity. A person/entity with few million can
manipulate .Lot of retailers buy in small quantities. They Panic due to smallest fluctuation which looking at fundamentals ( techicals is another issue) .
