Hope people are seeing AAIC results! As mentioned previously and many times over - recurring earnings are dropping a lot! All the profits are from tax reversals etc! all others will also show very weak earnings .... my personal opinion - ALL stocks in this sector are highy overvalued and will go down atleast 30%

see JINS / UAL!!! Already down and will go down further....JINS - in my personal opinion, I think will test 21 levels and UAL - 230 levels as most of the profits are one off and will probably have lower earnings going forward...

AAIC has settled the best price,if it comes more down, that means buyers are winners. ALL the buyers are in big trouble because shares are coming down and they have strucked on them.

Better to start wait and see. Invest on Insurance shares to  see a good frofit.

Good luck!!!

Life insurance companies have long term sustainability as against general insurance companies. Be mindful when investing. Insurance business sales growth decline in the event of a reduction in purchasing power due to economic downturn. But in a worst economic situations the most policy holders start surrendering the policies triggering the collapse of life insurance companies. I guess we haven't still reach that level. but it is sure to happen if this economic conditions to prevails.

Avoid AAIC at current market price . PiNS will be attractive and long term UAL can appreciate based on current market price. JINS can positive based on dividends.

The real Scenario is given below.

1. AAIC is has high GWP Growth. But, it has nothing when it compare with expenses ratios and claim growth.

2.JINS has nothing. They are gambling with insurance concept. I have seen covid grad cover. When, any other insurance company in the world can not offer such a risky thing.

3. UAL and HNB are average.

Most of them can not understand, insurance logic. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

AAIC foreign sell , Why foreigners exit and who was the foreign party Which has sold 8.1 Million AAIC shares yesturday. This .may be the reason gradully reduction of dividends and net profits. If you check the latest cash flows trend , its difficult them to declare dividends.

The thing is this, They priced most of products by assuming RFR is 5%. But, the present RFR is very low. They have to face high impact. This is the real example for the knowledge of Life Insurance. Life insurance is the long term business. They tried to do it short term. It will damage the business. Very interesting to see the damage. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
