The thing is this, They priced most of products by assuming RFR is 5%. But, the present RFR is very low. They have to face high impact. This is the real example for the knowledge of Life Insurance. Life insurance is the long term business. They tried to do it short term. It will damage the business. Very interesting to see the damage. Very Happy

What is the better investment ? LOLC insurance or PINS
Both has strong parents.
LOLC seems expensive than peers in the market but in the LOLC group , so good investor attraction can be expected.
Pins - one of the most undervalued shares in the sector + one of the best dividend payers in the market.

It seems a bit expensive, given that the industry avarage PE is 9.6 & counters like PINS , CINS , HASU trading at a deep discount even having a proven dividend record.

We must Seperate General Insurance Companies & Life Insurance Companies when comparing . General Insurance is close to saturation point whereas Life Insurance growth potential is ..
