I got the Annual Report Galadari today. It says AGM is on 27th June 2012.

Also in the book it gives voucher for two complimentary lunches. But those Lunches valid from 1st september to 30th september 2013.

Are those lunches giving in addition to the AGM lunch or did they cancel the AGM lunch?

I think the lunch voucher is in addition to what ever treat (tea or lunch) you get at the AGM.

I heard that they have given lunches at AGM's. But I didn't hear about vouchers for two complimentary lunches for future date. Is this started from this year? Anybody knows?

Complementary lunch is the norm. I don't know about any AGM 'lunch'. never been to one.

Hmm.. quite contradictory to what we've seen so far scratch

All these times they've provided a voucher for a complimentary lunch for 2 persons (for one book.)
