market has turned up from the worst condition. in between number of comments had to be seen about double bottom in this year .is there any possibility to another sharp downfall ? ( it may call double bottom or whatever) Question

With ODEL deal foreigners will look towards CSE with little more confident and foreign investment will flowto CSE without a doubt.......
Government also very concern about CSE.....
I think now only government came to realize that share market is a main place in any country when it comes to finance .This is the place which show country growth rate ,financial stability & many other factors..

Plenty of positives to take......

ASI 4725 was the lowest we saw so far. Note many company share lows (prices) which were at 4725 had gained 10-20% from that time by now. So for them to hit lower than 4725 something really bad need to happen. Some times looking at the index only might be bad, as taking into account how individual company prices behave is a key.

There is news item that one player is having one billion debt to settle for one bank... what will happen if there is a margin call

One investor has at least Rs 1 billion in debt from margin trading from a private commercial bank which itself shouldn’t have lent so much to one individual

two big deals pending, that of Odel and NDB Aviva. These two may help drive up volumes.

Many speaking about a double bottom:

if it is an actual double bottom, the ASPI has alot of resistance in the form 50 day MA at around 4975 level, Neck line resistance of the double bottom at around 5075 level, 100 day MA at around 5200 level.

With impending big deals and further fresh foreign buying (Crossings), sideline players and technical analysts may start buying into the market and sellers may want to wait since their margin calls start to disappear with increase in their portfolio/share value. SEC may relax the credit rules and this may help pending margin calls. So SEC positive news may flow in as well.

Hopefully this may help build some confidence and volume to break the big resistances above!
