For a moment lets forget about the market bottom or top and bear or bull. Can we look at value shares to invest and see what are the best shares to buy. The suggested period of hold should be 2 years the return is compound of 25%. The criteria is Cash per share/PBV/PE/Earnings/Future outlook. I will start by analysing one share , hope everyone could add and make it productive with backing with analysis.
Renuka City Hotel
Outlook - Good as tourist arrivals will be high and it is positioned as a business cum tourist hotel at more value to customers. Vistors who can not afford the 5 star category can stay at this hotel
PBV - 0,67
Cash per share - Rs.100 (Based on capital trust report)
PE - 3 (Clear earnings growth year on year)
No debt
DPS - Rs.5.5
I feel that this is a share to hold in the portfolio.Any other opportunities to look at?
