Good to see another consistent quater from ALLI. Interest Income up by 59 %,
Interest Expense up by 77 % (mismatch due to Duration of the borrowing & lending portfolio), Net Income up 20 %, Loan losses and Provisions down 62 %, Net Profit up 30 %, EPS for quater 46 so trading 3-4 times forward earnings (P/E).
NAV 584 but could be understated as their head office property is not marked to market. NAV could be close to Rs 700. Last year, Dividend was rs 50, so trading at around trailing 8 % dividend yield. Furthermore, only 2.4 million shares issued so illiquid, another feature i like about it. Good chance in future for Splits / Bonus issues like they did last year. all in all for me, one of the best small finance & leasing companies that should outperform peers due to its illiquidity and fundamentals.

ALLI is one of the companies which performed above expectations in the present economic conditions.

This is a massively undervalued neglected share.

This is one of my favoriutes too. Note the following.

*Non interest expenses have increased significantly YoY including personnel cost which has almost doubled, but both have decreased QoQ.

*Although profit before provisions has decreased, as a result of lower YoY provisions, Net profit has increased.

*massive increase in deposits YoY during the quarter, which probably shows growing depositor confidence.
