Dear regulators, why don’t you look at the poor guy CDAX? It is good for nothing. He gives a lot of misleading information. Some of my stock has no cost according to him. Who is going to look after this guy? Shame, shame shame!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure if it is a priority of the 'regulator', if at all it is something that comes under the duties.

Maybe CSE should look into the company which handles CDAX.
My broker stepped away from it some time ago.

Anyway the case of your costs, I believe should be a fault on your broker's side. It's better to clarify with same.

dear bull, many are say good bye to CDAX. who is your broker ?
CAL also moved. CDAX can not handle the new changes done in the CSE.
I think it is better to change your broker firm, you can do that without selling your PF, I hope you aware that. Smile

Thank you very much for all for your kind advices. I have been dealing with this people for more than 20 years. The firm itself is like a home to me there are good friend of mine including my broker. But there advices value for nothing. When the market goes they say here it is going giving no reasons. However there are pros and con. I operate multiple accounts being an old fellow. I do have Direct FN too. But multiple accounts cannot be handled with it. So, I am reluctant to change them. But welcome your advices.

If anybody can name a good broker I can have a secant account with them.

I have been complaining of CDAX for a long time.
But nothing is taken care of. Very irresponsible & backward broker.
Only for collection they chase after you without a break.
If you ask question of CDAX staff is silent giving so many odd answers.
I request the General Director on behalf of investors registered with CDAX, to straighten the system to run smoothly.

my broker : acuity

1. most of the time i do not see the correct value for "portfolio monitor" even in trading times . The "currect value" field is blank so it just show as unrealized loss
(this happen with all of the shared having traded in the day).

i will send commnts one after the other with subject in "cdax 6.5.1 feedback - x" format
