It's not about margin/credit trading in market the reason to fall. It's mainly due to political crisis and all the news headlines were on politics. Example: India stopped trade relationship with SL, and the Channel-4 (Bloody-War), deleted scandals... and etc made the foreign investors withdraw from the market. So now everything is coming back to normal. Our president has to make that effort of inviting the foreigners and maintaining good relationship with other countries because the import and export is the main contribution for our currency and economic stability. Did you notice the inflation rates, strengthening of our rupee against US $ in the recent past few days? Economy is trying to be stable. So CSE is also affected directly. Even in foreign markets investors use their margin/credits to play the game. Without margin market will be red for many trading days because with the cash they will have to hold on for a long period of time. Day traders play a big roll in this market day to day trends and margin is very useful for them as well as for us.

Metal futures are slowly heading up and commodity exchanges are expecting a 20% growth in 2013 mainly due to the drought that ravaged crops all around the globe. Housing markets wiped out during 2008-2010 recession are climbing back up after hitting bottom during Q2. There is already a backlog on industrial crane order books pointing to a rise in infrastructure spending. I expect market volatility in the next three-four months until ECB sort out the debt problems and world finally figure out how much of China's industrial production slowed down. Even if there's another war in the middle-east and global growth enters another recession, chances of ASI losing half its value in the short term is close to zero.

but this reminds me of some genuine people who predicted this bear long time back. Even they got the same kind of treatment from the forum

I remember one guy said BFL will fall back to 150 when it was trading around 500...

Don,t allow people to make jokes here. This is not a play ground. Only serious people should be here around. Investments are not jokes. people put their hard earned money to the mkt.

I think he said Rs 100 when it was below Rs 400. Well his this prediction came true.

JKH will be about Rs 90
COMB below Rs 50
CDB at Rs 15-20,
RICH at Rs 3-4
HNB at Rs 70
ACL at Rs 30
SPEN at Rs 50
GLAS at Rs 3
GREG ,EAST at about Rs 3-4.
I can't imagine what will happen to speculative shares

This is what happening in CSE. Even investors doesn't have enough courage or patience. Most of small retailers have the fear inside them and any one can break them down by simple effort. worst thing is foreigners who take the advantage, small people lost opportunity and at last small come to play when market in Euphoria stage and they lost everything in the game .
New comers should have study world markets , up and down trends and factors which influence the market moment. don't rely on such idiot post like this.
