PCH has not taken the service of the professional management services to handle the right issue. We can think the company status with trying to save such a small amount money offering low level service to the share holders.

All the directors who joined in 2010 resigned realizing the true negativity in this company..
May be they've realized that the attitudes of the ppl cannot be changed or its not a worthy effort at at all Laughing

Right issue managed by PCH own people and They dont have any idea about right issue. As per their management they cant track any allotment letter of the client. That is the way they handling the things as a result of assigning works to inexperience people to this subject.

People predicted Rs.100 after buying 25-30 level while others who bought at 10 level sold their quantities easily that poor guys. Giving good lessens on going behind shares after up considerable withing short periods time....

anyway now how poor PCH is they are unable to allocate fund to manage the right issue where they expecting collect money from the public...

You can call and ask to PCH that who is handling the things. Training people who assigned to this job will answer " we do it our own" then you can ask can you locate my allotment letter then the answer is " it is very difficult to locate"

That is how the show their incapability to handle this Right Issue...
