S4 6,348.78

Conclusion

Below R1 & R2 with targets @ S1 & S2 in extension. Above 6518.70 look for further upside with R3 & R4 as targets. ASI struck against the key resistance at R1 and remains on the downside. Yesterday also we've seen that ASI grapple with against it's strong resistance @ 6,477.09.

Conclusion

This is kind of an uncertain situation & further we are not expecting such a situation again like last year Sad . Currently ASI trading above the pivot point is thought to indicate ongoing bullish sentiment. But, today we can expect an another RED day. As i told you on last week also there is a high probability to continue this down trend further withing the next few days. ASI return back is already confirmed and it's better to watch this market situation very carefully. In case those high capitalize counters fall during the day, then we can expect a big red day & ASI will targeting it's ground level as S1 or S2.

Note

Market will continue this down trend further & my concern is on R1,S1 & S2 levels. But, keep in your mind there will be a high probability to drag the ASI to the S3 level in near future.

Thank You.

ASI is bounce in between the both Support & Resistance levels. Strong Resistance built against the ASI & will push back slowly it to the support levels. This will indicate that still the bull side is strong enough to hold it's direction further. Any way as i mention at the very beginning of this post we can't predict the market situation by using a one index. You should keep in your mind that pivot points are short-term trend indicators.

Note

1. ASI will continue this down trend further.
2. Trading below the pivot point indicates bearish sentiment.

What will happen on Tomorrow... Question

If you use a chart and say market will go down, then I will accept. But you can not predict market bahavior using pivot point indicator.

PPI will show few ranges within that market will run, it can go down, at the same time it can go up also..

Dear malanp,
Thank you for you comments. yes true I'm not publish everything here, but only the relevant stuffs according to the topic. I think you've just join with this post. If you stay with this post from the beginning you'll never ask such a question from me. follow my yesterday comment too...

Important
** I'm not forecast anything without analyzing. If you follow this post from the very beginning you'll find the answer and how much it's been accurate according to my past analyze on pivot points. Withing the pivot point analyzing I'm only considering to forecast about the daily [short-term trend ]behavior of the ASI.

Thank You again.

Rishan,

We cannot discard the pivot point concept. If you watch carefully there times it behaves true to the points.
Also we should appreicaite LSE effort to do this.

But yes Ithink this is more useful for short term. For long term , the strateegy should be different.

Hi LSE, its a simple but very usefull tool. Dont get upset by brickbats by a few who do not read the post carefully and comment. I appreciate your work.

By the way, can this tool be used to predict short term trends in individual securities as well? I think so.

Yes we can do some analyze on individual stocks as well. This will benefit much when we got to involve with it. This tool is very helpful for day trading and can predict some long term results by analyze on previous data and chart patterns.

Thank You.

Thank You.
