Perhaps you didnt see my previous post: "If you want to buy shares, go buy TJL, AEL, NTB, CSD, LLUB etc! Im just saying that its not right to spread false rumors because there must be people who bought at 20 levels etc. I didnt buy it but I know a few people who did. Sin".

My point is not to buy TWOD! My point is not to spread nasty rumors about people when there is no proof of their wrongdoing!!! If you have proof, please present it here and you can say whatever you want about the company

What if this goes to 3?

So your plan is to exit at 7, at what price you entered?

There is a say in Sinhala ginnak nathuwa dumak naginee neha kiyala.. Why to take a risk??. Is same type comments did we have seen in other companies.. see even photos uploaded in previous posts. Why we cannot try AEL,GLASS,RICH,FLCH,RAL etc.. which have stable business.

Here I think we have to be very careful. Their NAV is achieved by re-valuing growing trees. They are not realizable at the moment.

Earlier the question was with the accounting standards and people  talked much about the delaying court verdict.

Now the real question is  not about the accounting system.
For any type of procedure, you have to have correct and reliable figures.
If the management is not up to the expected standard, big people jumping out one by one, some people blame trees are still small and neglected,   what about the  validity of values given for the real trees in the field to get the NAV?

If they show even small profits next Quarter, it might reach 8 levels (60% growth) in a few months.

Im not saying that Im 100% sure that TWOD is a great company - but given the proof that is available, its a good share for a SHORT TERM GAIN. Buy at 5, exit at 7.50 levels. Im not recommending people to hold on beyond that. Im not recommending that anyone should invest in the company by purchasing their trees, just the share.

Dear Humble

I'm not sure of your real intention of cleaning TWOD. I'm a victim of Twod investment. I won't give you any evidence of my default since this is a public forum. But, as a victim I can really understand who you are. If my judgement is wrong by any chance, Mr. Humble be careful if you are playing with TWOD shares. The Share will stay at 5.0 as long as I keep silent. The defaults are mounting over a billion. If I go to courts, you will get the evidence. But you may be too late then. Do you know where the Big Maloney is? He is not in the country even. Only god knows about his return.

Another Victim.

TWOD...... giving surprises everyday....
When I looked at the chart of price movement......
its clear it heading to NEGATIVE side..... with some little jumps...
Its seems like BIGGER people dropping their quantities.....
I may be WRONG... this is what I feel.....
So better to control your decision and desire.....
Play with a TRAIN which has a MOVE with safety, reliability, reasonable hopes.....

I would appreciate if anyone could explain potential outcome of above action by the creditors in accordance with Sri Lankan company law. Also will there be a suspension on the share trading ???

I understand that Maloney has disappeared - which in one way is good news but he has left behind a mess of massive proportions.
Maybe some professional management can somehow save the company - there are lot of people who are after money from Moloney and or Touchwood

Listen people, I do NOT think TWOD i the best share to buy but the only reason it went down is because one of the large shareholders bought on margin and had no choice but to sell asap

TWOD has positive net assets so even if it is liquidated, at least rs 6/share might be able to be given hopefully

I dont think he has actually disappeared - there are no such reports and no proof

Maybe some people like to create panic to collect at lower levels - but I would like to repeat my self - this is NOT one of the best shares to buy but I dont think it'll go down below these rates - it should recover to 3.50 levels in 2 weeks

First you say "Buy at 5, exit at 7.50 levels." That prediction went wrong.

Now you again say at Rs 2.4 it will go to Rs 3.5 within 2 weeks. ( unless you know some who manipulated this how can you be sure)

If this goes to Rs 1 then you will say " Buy at Rs 1 so it will atleast go to Rs 1.4"

These kind of posts or buy recommendations should not be done in the forum

Please stop giving price targets without a real base If you do I will need to take an action against you.

Please be careful.

I too once bought TWOD on technical s, but closed out once it gave exit signal according to my strategy and do admit that too with a loss.
I have forgotten about it since then, and moved on without any emotional attachment to any of the stocks that gave me losses.

The issue most of us cant let go is that either we hold shares too short or too long.

For me when the price is right you have to dispose off, and wait for the next signal.

Hi Guys, Have anyone been to any of their Plantations? Have you seen their Trees? DO you know the Current market price for mahogany Trees? How could you say anything about a real value of those Tress, Balance Sheet good because of the Re-Valuation Reserve, But in the other hand, you must see the Committed harvest Return, There is no Way that you could See any way of paying those returns. I don't think its fair to promote this share here because, the small investors will again get stuck with these manipulative statements, I guess the forum has to be fair and informative rather than a marketing tool.
