'posts' includes replies and not necessarily 'topics'. Topic starters are different. Agree with some of you, that at times there are many duplicate and not so professional topics started by members. But at the same time I must say that there are good topic starters and replies from some members who could be considered as an integral part of this forum. Big thank you to all of them.

Success of a forum entirely depends on activity of its membership. Moderators will ensure that the quality is maintained by guiding members and stricly implementing the forum regulations. We hope to appoint few more moderators to help the current moderators who are doing a grate job.

Competition for the Month of April is on trial basis. If the criteria is acceptable and the responses are positive, then we could have this competition monthly.

Turnover Vs Profits let's continue the discussion...

i'm afraid it is not a good idea to count the number of posts/replies or the count of + points. both will bring unwanted noise and it is much easier to manipulate them than the CSE.

And almost all the members currently in the top posts list are valued members..

My point is that with this competition some ppl will try to increase the number of posts by posting rubbish..
There should be some way to assess the quality of the post...

This is a good and innovative idea. But i expect that members will not follow the quantity of posts.Because, we need quality posts.We hope that competitions can bring more quality to this forum.Personally there are enough quality posts in this forum and no need to compete each other.This is my personal view.
