amount is 3.9 million. if it is one off case it is ok, but if it is not then twod has a big problem. this could be trouble for twod.
with this court case lot will come to light about twod.
with court cases you will never know where it will lead to.

Selling has gone about for a couple of weeks now. Thats why the price fell rapidly.
So people knew what is going on. so what does that tell you?

This will come down my best guess.

This is normal procedure in any country, if a donkey like baloney doesn't pay their creditors/depositors then the creditor can ask the courts to liquidate the company so that creditors can be paid with the liquidation proceeds.
Don't invest in companies run by donkeys. Especially the two donkeys in the CSE who use their wives to buy and sell shares and appoint said wives to run the company.

If the SEC doesnt find any problem with the company and allows it to continue to trade on Wednesday, thats great news for people who bought the share: it ll touch 3-4 levels and will prove that there are no major problems with the share

BUT

If the SEC finds that there are problems and doesnt let it trade on Wednesday, it will not go up

SO we have to wait and see: I have no idea

Winding up TWOD will be a subjective matter but if criminals like Molaney can get away, its a YES. Ultimately the depositors have to be paid with the available assets but it wont compensate their losses.
Investors in share market will find it difficult to cope up with the capital losses they made then the customers of the said company may also face the similar drama.
If they have the ownership to the lands, at least they'd be able to harvest some other thing using those lands is the only faith.

TWOD was a highly speculative company in which share price fluctuated much high and made some ppl millionaires like GREG. It was a rights issue as I can remember.. What happened to the investigations into that alleged pump n dump???

Some authorities play the fool these days in many ways..

I dont know why retailers still attracted to buy TWOD. sorry guys i call those retailers as gamblers in CSE. Just move away from this counter. Thats my advise.
