Using borrowed money significantly increases the risk of your investments.
Know your personal psychological and financial constraints before you buy shares with borrowed money.
Have conviction about the investment you make.
And be prepared to go the distance if your returns take longer than expected to materialize.

I always try not to buy shares with borrowed money & looking forward to see a market without this credit facility after June.

anyway My Personal view is if u r smart en4 u can profit from credit trading.. its not some thing to do with out a proper knowledge of market, and the value of the stock u r preparing to buy. ppl do credit trading becoz they have the buying power and they tend to give it a shot. but the truth is most of time they get huge losses due to no risk avoidance and lack of emotion control. U may see some stocks are trading at a discount and u may hurry to go 4 it w/o thinking or studying much. Once it going down u might develop a 'WISH' that it 'will go up' but (most of time) u may not stop the loss. It has happened to me a lot of times. So if u are not brave en4 to stop the loss u have more chance to loose when it comes to credit trading ... but u can get profits 4m it ..my view is never do it in a downward market.... Very Happy
