Please feel free to cast your vote on Expolanka IPO.

Further explanation:

1. Good stock to buy = Good company & Good stock. Buy is recommended.
2. Bad stock to buy = Bad Company & Bad Stock but Investors are recommended to buy for some strange reason.
3. Good stock not to buy = Good company & Good Stock but due to some strange reason, Investors are recommended not to buy.
4. Bad stock not to buy = Bad company & Bad Stock, Investors are recommended not to buy.

i suggest you change the wordings or use some punctuations for the responses.
"bad stock to buy" - i can interpret it in two ways when I see other responses

My understanding is as follows;

1. Good stock to buy = Good company & Good stock. Buy is recommended.
2. Bad stock to buy = if you buy, you will burn your fingers.
3. Good stock not to buy = Expo is a good company, but due to some reasons investing is not recommended right now.
4. Bad stock not to buy = Expo is useless ! (Bad company & Bad stock)

As npp says, 2 & 4 imply similar meaning ! (This is only my personal view)

well looking at ALL FOUR, my interpretation for 2 was - Bad stock, but good to buy
