JKH touched 161%Fib on the last leg...a possible selling is on the cards to 230ish.

The question is the PA that the candle that breached 161%level seem to be a Very Bullish, so possible price reaching 275max before hitting another important FIB level of 261%.

So be cautious because we could see a significant correction at this levels.

I will not recommend any BUYING at this prices.....Because its too risky to enter and unless i see a good correction to this ...this counter as so far appears to be on OVERBOUGHT position.

I think JKH N is a more of Trading share for Techs..... Very Happy

Lets wait for a good correction... & we can re-enter...

Looking at currents trend 200-225-235 are good levels if one is considering to BUY imo.

A Gem in the Banking sector is for would be DFCC & HNBN. Very Happy

Not because i purchased it recently....

But it has more room to go UP than COMBN.

And same with DFCC. Very Happy

Any purchase @ around 130-110 would be highly worth in the months & years to come.

Seems you turned a part fundi now. Good. Fundi + techie can reap better benefits. Not sure whether you ever noticed but I was trying to hint this very mildly without upsetting your skills and strategies for a long time.

There aren't much retailers left to panic and existing ones can't sell at these levels.No way.But panic can be created if so it'll be short lived. cheers

Can you provide more explanation about this? The daily trading range of JKH has narrowed as it has gone up. If the trading range is thin it is hard to justify the statement - "on top of the waterfall"

If the trading range starts to increase, then a fall in price can be justified

Also note the volume spikes in the bottom of the graph.

I am of the opinion when the price hits 260-280 new entries would be highly risky..... correspondingly it will form an "M" Double Top who would like sit on the waterfall and do a free fall...... cheers

And JKHN is no super counter which is trading at a very very high premium....

So a major correction is on the cards......imo.

Rs 8/- EPS for the 9 months and trading in PE of 30 times. And Dividends 2.00per share (so far with 1+1 1st & 2nd interim dividends) with less than 1%DY.

Now tell me how much you are willing to pay for this ?

let us not rush into this trade..(for new traders/comers) there are better counters with less or better risk reward shares to trade.

coming back to the pattern "Bearish CRAB" pattern which is highly accurate and also confluencing near 261% Fib with all time previous high to form a Double TOP....

ooh no ...way i am going to enter and become FREE TARGET.....

Dont think i am triggering any panic here...after all its your money....

Market is all about taking risks and more importantly minimizing your losses thereby maximizing your profits by way of Capital Gains and Income from Dividends.

Just be cautious specially with JKHN atm.

Have a look on major volume spikes and what followed there after in most of the times in the past, let it be a lesson to all of us to learn.

IMO a better price is all we need.... Basketball

I haven't bought at the current levels. I wasn't saying it was cheap on an eps basis.

But what I don't understand is why a technical trader would call this a sell based on harmonic trading.

The beauty of harmonic trading is that you look at the trading range to see where the bulk of the volume is coming from. JKH has traditionally exhibited larger trading ranges that have now become very thin - an increase in market efficiency?? I don't know...

What would cause an M? Volume and trading range. Is that correct?

With HPP Bearish CRAB Its already a SELL signal is triggered @ 161% Fib level circled in the original JKH chart.

So There is no BUY signal with HPP.

With Tight SL ie placed little above (255Rs) 161% Fib to minimise any losses.

Equivalently another SELL will trigger @ 261% (Rs 285/-)

HPP is a mix of FIBs and ElliotWaves.

Harmonic Price Patterns mainly deal with Extreme conditions of Over Bought & OverSold levels.

The SANCTIONS word can create something of panic on monday..so reuters will have the reasons......

So technically we should see a DROP....but due to the news aired on Friday after Market Hours and weekend i dont know this will have people forget due to too much drinking...BUT Foreigners can be net sellers....as well apart from some retailers....

But the issue would be the sanctions at all will be imposed by next year like you said...if at all..unless some thing we see of change in the government or local elections due in september 2013 for North.
