Dont think i am triggering any panic here...after all its your money....

Market is all about taking risks and more importantly minimizing your losses thereby maximizing your profits by way of Capital Gains and Income from Dividends.

Just be cautious specially with JKHN atm.

Have a look on major volume spikes and what followed there after in most of the times in the past, let it be a lesson to all of us to learn.

IMO a better price is all we need.... Basketball

Good Luck & Happy Trading Rolling Eyes

I haven't bought at the current levels. I wasn't saying it was cheap on an eps basis.

But what I don't understand is why a technical trader would call this a sell based on harmonic trading.

The beauty of harmonic trading is that you look at the trading range to see where the bulk of the volume is coming from. JKH has traditionally exhibited larger trading ranges that have now become very thin - an increase in market efficiency?? I don't know...

What would cause an M? Volume and trading range. Is that correct?

With HPP Bearish CRAB Its already a SELL signal is triggered @ 161% Fib level circled in the original JKH chart.

So There is no BUY signal with HPP.

With Tight SL ie placed little above (255Rs) 161% Fib to minimise any losses.

Equivalently another SELL will trigger @ 261% (Rs 285/-)

HPP is a mix of FIBs and ElliotWaves.

Harmonic Price Patterns mainly deal with Extreme conditions of Over Bought & OverSold levels.

Happy Trading

The question is will the retailers panick from monday....

we can loose some points and recover by tue/wed
TAH
There aren't much retailers left to panic and existing ones can't sell at these levels. No way.But panic can be created if so it'll be short lived. cheers.BTW till next year nothing serious will happen on UN thing.
The SANCTIONS word can create something of panic on monday..so reuters will have the reasons......

So technically we should see a DROP....but due to the news aired on Friday after Market Hours and weekend i dont know this will have people forget due to too much drinking...BUT Foreigners can be net sellers....as well apart from some retailers....

But the issue would be the sanctions at all will be imposed by next year like you said...if at all..unless some thing we see of change in the government or local elections due in september 2013 for North.

Will the people this time around side with the government or will opposition will gain more seats....

This can trigger ASI to gain .....on the face of the election results...

A UNP government will drive ASI to peaks....then....

But will the Market faulter before then Basketball

There is so much ambiguity in the market......by Next week Market will show future directions....

Agree that it does not appear to be a buy at HPP. But let's look at the fundamentals of HPP. HPP is based on the fact that from a bottom the rise cannot be more than 1.618. But i think the mean reversion should be at 210 not below.

If you look at a bollinger band the stock still closed at the upper end of the trading range.

HPP does not say it cant be, but gives us an opportunity to SELL @ 161 or 261 levels on the FIB, that is too with a TIGHT S/L. Thereby making maximum Reward. Very Happy

Its not a guarantee though...

But when the good news results come won't they be in the middle of bad news with wage hike talks and work strikes and some hunger strikes thrown in?

Aren't the fib on achchi charts showing the wage hikes coming?

Firstly MASK havent declared regular dividends...
What makes me to think they will give 2Rs this time, perhaps there better results this year compared to last year...makes my hunch to receive at least Rs2/share.
Trading already below NAV and as per valuation based on current Rs 30/- is not a least premium to hold @.
But if we look at the PA MASK has not convinced me to hold longer than necessary.
So this is where speculators and traders will jump in to push to 20Rs+ at least.
Good companies will rebound in adversaries...
They will implement cost reduction methods/strategies and enhance productivity.....
There is potential to make a kill on MASK cheers

More than wage hikes there are other issues we should or the management need to focus on for our teas....and the bad effects to the industry as a whole.
High Interest rates, Currency, international market share loosing due to uncertainties in middle east (Syria & Iran)
Given the above scenario imo i feel the prices are trading below or rather discounted already ..apart from short term jolts to the share price i feel plantation shares might bounce off without deeper corrections.
