Dear Experts,,,

Please advise me on HVA.

I'm waiting long time to sell HVA as my average cost is Rs.20.20,

Is there good run in future ?

To be frank with u HVA is not worth 20/-. Purchasing HVA at 12/- is fairly ok at current market context. Otherwise it is not worth 12/- even. Though Dilith pumps it to 80/- some time back.
It is a loss making company. But it may move but will take time.As the price has to be manipulated.

What may advise for u is move out of it if you are having a large quantity transfer the funds to a better stock (KAPI, ESL, CFVF) to avoid the opportunity cost.

try to average it down and wait for a good run to sell with a profit.
buy at 12 to average.its ok in these time.
dont buy CFVF must be mad to buy a share which went up to 48 from 16 recently.
come on RPPA :-) looks like you got some shares bought high and needing dumping :-)

Spot on.within a month it has appreciated over 100%.So now it is risky.NAV somewhere around 40-45 range.

No I am not promoting shares for me to dump. But i prefer others earn too rather than stuck.
And i don't want the other doing mistakes which i did earlier. Please remember now i am in this trade for more than 10 years.

Averaging can be done for HVA. But it is not a great stock.

Look initially I've initially told CFVF will post a profit of 750Mn for 2014/15. Now i am revising it to 1Bn confidentially. Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Wait & see.

Then what do you say on REXP?? It has appreciated more than 350% over the one years time. What is it;s NAV??
REXP has a valid reason. That is low rubber prices.
CFVF has a valid reason. That is low interest rate. I sincerely believe it still has a way to go.

REXP no way. highly overpriced.

CFVF NAV 21.65 1st Q EPS 2.07.

Please note companies are valued on it's future earnings potential. Not solely on NAV.

See the following,

STOCK PRICE NAV

CTC 1155 28

NEST 2110 57

JKH 255 125

See the following,

STOCK            PRICE            NAV

CTC                     1155                28

NEST                    2110                57

JKH                       255               125

I just wanted to justify your view on CFVF. REXP was taken to show the low NAV and the amount
it got appreciated.
