Gas price reduced by Rs.250 a cylinder by President from today as a result Sri Lanka's Matara born Kattadiyalage Wega Pitiya's Laugfs Gas will experience marginal decline in profits and Laugfs (LGL) share price may see falling in weeks to come!

He he what a country this is been!. When increasing prices its done by no one, its gone itself, when oil prices and gas prices falling treamedously, his excellency reduce a pitence and it becomes a breaking news in MRs media.

They reduced Rs 250 from Tax I think. If its from tax then its good for LGL

Already fallen.

True the gas prices reduced .Haven't You all think that their 2nd Qtr results are better. The reduction came today mid night onwards 10/10/2014.

By then these price reduction announcements are all history. Results will takeover & i expect them to be good. There was good resistance @ 38-39 range. look out.

The next is, Fuel prices for sure.
If he reduce fuel prices, we all get benefited. food prices will reduce (as transport cost reduce).
Specially for poor people's bus fare.
