NAVPS 55                    fair value for share price based on NAVPS 55*1.5= Rs. 110
Anualized EPS 8.36        fair value for share price based on EPS 8.36*12= Rs. 100.32

Either way you look at it 35 is a very conservative price I think. What am I not seeing???

Pleased try to identify type of pattern in WATA/MADU in their upward movement. They go up then they have little bit rest then again they start their journey.Good luck!

Please note we cannot estimate target price for any stock in a major uptrend. Because we cannot predict top of any stock. For example still plantation stocks are in their initial uptrend. They went down to crazy level due to weak market in 2011 to 2013. We have to rerate sectors according to the market uptrend. This sector just came out of their base and it has more room to appreciate. Didn’t you notice last couple of weeks Madu/ Wata/ Mask even BALA accumulated in big quantity. Still they are accumulating at different times. We are seeing improvement in liquidity in other stocks such as MPRH, NAMU, UDPL, TPL and BOPL as well. There was a minor reaction in MADU today. It should go up again. It is time to identify few sectors and valuable stocks before they become more expensive. Sometimes MADU can break their all time high Rs.37 during this major uptrend. At least have estimation of around Rs. 26. Most important thing is have some idea about industry outlook from 2015 onwards. Then we can make more capital gain. BALA is kind of stock hard to analyse trend. Even tomorrow it can go up. Sometimes it will happen after budget. Sometimes next year. It has good value. I think one broker is recommending this stock and have their target. Anyway I have some target in short, mid and long term. Good luck

Thanks VP for your explanation. I did notice a volume pick up in most plantain counters. Price wise MADU and BALA are the most undervalued in the sector. But as you said each stock has its personality. I am comfortable with my pick and not too interested in trading (because I dont get good information on shot term targets.) So I will hold these two and hope for the best. Thanks again.
