Nest year march wedge increment.

I think its around 15-18%, specially election also there. government will advise to companies to increase salaries of workers

I don't think plantation sector is good for next two quarters.

Other than WATA for some extent, none of the plantations appear to be making an impression financially this QTR so far...

Please study this company and global tea trend during next two quarters to eight quarters before taking wise decisions. Their performance is not bad when compare with 2013. Their quarter losses have come down dramatically when compare with corresponding quarter in 2013.In this quarter it has done better than BALA. Long term investors should pay attention to long term value and growth. This is one of the momentum stocks in the market. In addition we should study other income of the plantation companies such as timber sales, other cash crop and hydro power generations etc in the coming years.

Still its intermediate trend is up. It is same for many stocks. As this major uptrend has more leg it is time to prepare for next stages of current major uptrend. We should see shift in bull pattern during next stages and there will be emerging bullish stocks. Still we haven’t seen mega run for some stocks with great potential. In addition there will be opportunity for momentum stock market players. Remember different analysts do valuation on stocks in different manner.

Plantation sector has more value. Value companies in the plantation sector may give great return in the short, mid and long term. We should see mixed results in the plantations sector in this quarter. In this quarter some plantation companies could do better than others due to their innovative management and due to their consistent market share. In addition, some companies should do better due to their marketing strategy, development strategy and mid and long term growth.

Rs.16. Yes quarter loss but Yeary loss has reduced. this is the thing with plantations. hopefully this year Madu can turn around and reduce loss further. GL
