Last 6 days alone 90 million warrants have been transacted. Total issued quantity is 350 million. So I think there will be buyers to absorb even the entire quantity at 10 cents. (you need just 35 million rupees) So once the entire quantity is sold at 10 cents there will not be any selling at 20 cents. And they will have time till February 2015 to sell at 20 cents.

Another few month time, One will say,

So I think there will be buyers to absorb even the entire quantity at 20 cents. (you need just 70 million rupees) So once the entire quantity is sold at 20 cents there will not be any selling at 30 cents. And they will have time till February 2015 to sell at 30cents....
