HPWR has over 500mn cash from disposing Heladanavi thermal power plant. if new shareholders to take out that money out to reduce their investment in HPWR, they will have to declare a "huge" dividend. Since only 125mn shares in issue at least 4/= dividend has to be declared.

I don't expect this to happen until 9th January, the Mandatory offer on the shares will last till that day. after that the dividend will be declared.

The other option I can think of is purchasing little more shares of PAP and going for Mandatory offer, however I doubt their capacity to do so, as the mandatory offer would require further 600mn approx ((70%*500mn PAP shares*3.20) - 500mn)
