From what I understand they Expo hasn't released financial y '11 results. Is my statement accurate, or am i missing something?

(trying to gather if this will affect the trading price once it does start trading)

I am waiting to see the 'Drama' when it starts trading due to private placement issue. I don't worry if price comes below IPO price within first two days.

I'm agreed that it is overpriced and i don't have any confident about expolanka at short term.But i would like to remind you one thing about the HVA IPO. there were lot of rumors about the share price.But it was risen up.Same thing might not be happen in here.But it will have very good future.

If lodging by 9th, trading would normally start a couple of days later, maybe Monday the 13th.

9th is Softlogic IPO open date, so Expo may not want to clash with that.

They usually lodge the shares two marketing days prior to the commencing day of trading..
