Compare to CLND net asset value CTLD is much more valuble than CLND.
So CTLD should pass 50 soon. What is your idea ?

This is just an opinion:
The net asset value per share of CTLD is Rs 45.35, which is the 'right' price of the share. Anything above that should be taken as an opportunity to exit.
However, as we have observed, some L&P shares have gone way beyond their NAVs. So, anything is possible...

I will say for fast few months CSE is working on a formula, not based on the fundamentals, results, future growth option etc, and it seems if you have 500 million you can change the pattern of any stock

did you see the report they have put the net asset value same for previous years as well buy it has gone up in past yearn. if you see the old reports you can compare the market prices and nav. this should go beyond 50 if the owners start collecting with new3 cinemas to function in 6 months to 9 months. i think they have presented a less attractive quarter report.

can expect some big buying.

what do you think guys about NAV. the march report is pending? its not found in cse?
