Ever wondered why he paid Rs. 6 for PAP, when it was trading at Rs. 4.50?

We all know the reason for PAP.N to shoot up and looking at financials, I find it hard to see why PAP.N should reach 12.

By looking at previous occasion when a stock get caught to the price band, there is a very high possibility to go up by 10% for next 2 days. That was the pattern for any share which is either has good or bad financial background.

I too bought 200,000 shares @ 7.50 levels today, so my opinion may be biased.

I think what happened with PAP was that it went too high for a single day to keep the momentum going for another day. As there was such a heavy overbought condition, the price had had to come down today. It may go a little low tomorrow before it can turn around 7 or so. Remember that the crossover took place at 6, so there's thin to none chance for it to go anywhere lower than that point in the near future.

I'm holding on to PAP in the hope that it to move back to 8+. With the heavy buying seen today around 7.50 and 7.60, there's a great chance for it to make a move back to 8. The heavy selling today may have been due to the large percentage of sellers who were off the market yesterday. Most of them got their shares below 5, so it was understandable to see them selling happily at 7.50, with a 50%+ gain.

The price band is there till next Monday, so the maximum it can go down tomorrow is to 6.80. And it will go down to 6.00 on Tuesday if it is to go that low. But I have a very strong belief that it will turn around 7 to make another run towards 8.

If you were following the markets closely for last few days, you would have seen all the positive signs of PAP readying for a bull run. The bullish trend is still there so I'm positive for the future of PAP.

(I'm new around here so correct me if I'm wrong)

Thank you..

I can fully understand your positive attitude towards PAP as you are holding on to it in the hope that it will move back to 8+. But if you only want it to pass 8, you had ample time today to sell your shares easily above 8. Why didn't you make that decision today? Were you expecting a price higher than 8+?

Actually there are two things. First I was out of home till noon and by the time I looked at the market, it had gotten to 7.50 already. Second thing is that my broker firm is Asha Phillips and since my portfolio is less than 200k, I don't have online trading facility. So I have to do all the transactions through my broker, who is not the easiest person to catch over phone during the market hours. (If I had online facility, I would have sod at 8.20 yesterday around 2.00 pm when the rocketing up trend lost it's momentum and went to a flatter phase) Even though I stay online throughout the day, I have to relay on sites like bloomberg.com and ever crashing cse.lk to look for market movements and to make my moves. So I hope you can understand my situation sir..

Thanks..

I called them and they too confirmed it. They give CDAX without any limit. So I'll pay them a visit tomorrow to open a new CDS account. Thanks guys.

PS: Like I said PAP did turn around 7 and went back to 7.70. By the way, did any of you guys saw that huge 1 million buying order at 7.50? People are buying PAP like hell. On the other hand I sold my shares at 7.50 (thought its enough for me) and entered to FLCH at 5.00. I now have SEMB.N, ATL and FLCH in my portfolio and hope that at least one of them make a run within the coming week.

Is EXPO coming to the markets tomorrow? Really excited to see how it acts in the first day!!
