Liability is 84mn. Most investments are in different asset classes. My exposure to stocks is less than 10%. I am selling some properties so that I could deposit the Money in the bank and enjoy high interest rate deposit when others are struggling to make money from the stock market. When interest rate go up naturally property prices comedown due to low yield.

Market crash is said to be a dramatic decline of stock prices or simply speaking severe downturn in equity prices.  Are we in such situation? I believe it is not. Negative market confidence coupled with panic moments & economic factors drive the prices at unexpected low levels. If it happens across all sectors continuously that places a question mark to be cautious. Are we in such situation? Some say “yes” another “no”.

Many in the forum have been discussing how this small market depend on foreign inflows & outflows with exciting figures. Then cannot be the declining interest of such investors caused for current situation? If it had caused, so responsibility rests on regulators to search the exit of that bottleneck probably in short & middle term. Have we identified speculative stock market bubbles to come into crashing conclusion? I guess not yet while your opinions are valuable.
