Market will shift from overbought shares to undervalued shares. LOFC hasn't moved with the market and with its parent LOLC, it is highly undervalued. A volcano about to burst

“Out of the 58 finance companies functioning in the country, only 20 companies account for assets over Rs. 20 billion. In order to strengthen these finance companies, I propose to merge the subsidiary finance companies that have not been cancelled by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka with the parent company. Further, it is proposed to merge the finance companies functioning under commercial banks with the banks in order to strengthen the banking sector. With the aim of incentivizing the strengthening of banks and finance companies, I propose to consider the investment expenditure in acquisitions as deductible expenditures. I further propose to amend the necessary laws to enable commercial banks to also act as investment banks with the view to enhancing the diversification of the finance sector.”

COMB.N : Best Bank, Good Dividend payer, NAV 130+
SAMP.N  : Very Good Dividend payer, NAV 200+
PABC : ROE 14%+, NAV 32+ Trading below PE of 3.00 & PBV of 0.40
DFCC : NAV over 160, Super cheap at curret price
LFIN : ROE of 20%+, Very Good Dividend Payer, NAV over 180+
VFIN : ROE of 19%+, Good Dividend Payer, NAV 120
           Price below 3.00 PE & 0.50 PBV
PLC : Best FC, Good ROE, Good Dividend Payer, Peoples Bank Backing

These are mypickings for F & B rally.
All are with very good Fundamentals & lots of room to price improvements.
Minimum 25% return can be expected in a run.

Missed it due to some other reason.
That's a Good share but I dont like to talk about that much.😀
Not ethical.
As per valid sources, This Budget will be a good one for B & F sector.
Specially Good Finance companies ( Only Good companies ) will have few positive impacts from the Budget.
My recommendation is do not throw away your valued B & F shares at Lower prices.
All these good share will pass 1.00 PBV ( NAV ).
Good times are ahead..
Yes good times are ahead,, Smile
