How do you compare vfin with lolc. Lolc's EPS is 24. For the dec qtr lolc has achieved nearly 3bn profits.

Year end will be =Rs 33.05
P/E will be - 65/33.05= 1.97

VFIN and CDB both showing good results with difficult economic situations. Both trading PE around 3 . For CDB trading value almost half of NAVPS. For VFIN NAVPS around Rs95. Both companies went for successful right issues quite recently. I am holding this to in my portfolio for some time and I am keeping it as medium term investment. If any one looking for medium term or long term investment do own analysis with this two companies.

Some shares unable to give a run due to size etc, are stagnant, but still they are good. Sometimes better than other shares which has started going up.. Market price dont only depend on fundamentals.. There are many aspects...

Remember one thing, the golden rule, if factors are positive, Teller never hesitates recommend it. He says based on his fundemental,technical and macro micro economic factors.when lfin was trading 130, why he has recommended its target to 156, why teller put his target TJL to 57 , in the same way latest his OSEA calcs 17.50, REXP recommendations to 320 which from 200. In the same way again you will see LOLC 135, 15-25% drop of some shares . Here only 10% or below listed companies have some values. We cannot expect a sudden changes of factors. Frogs in a well cannot see the whole picture. Doing an investment based on EPS ,PBV, NAVPs are not correct always,especially countries like sri lanka those can be manipulated easily. For control this draw back, we have to use 120 plus ratios

Actually kasun, total ratio exceeds more than 500 now. But 300 we can say minor . Ratio is a source to take decision . In simply we should buy ,hold or sell a share. Once proper ratio was calculated , we can match those with peer to peer companies. Some time world class companies . Then we to see technicals . Once all factors are ok . We should decide. Remember ratios will not 100% always. Some times its due to crowd wait...im little busy now
