I have huge expectations on the possible dividend announcement and upward price movement of this share following the dividend announcement.
EPS (considering shres in issue at current date) for 9 months ended 31 Dec 2015 is Rs 3.58 (Rs 209Mn/58Mn) where as their 3rd quarter EPS lays around Rs 1.43. So we can safely project their EPS for the year around Rs 4.80-5.00.
This share went through a share buyback, which can be considered as a mode of dressing up management capabilities via improved performances by increased EPS. The next step is to facilitate/entertain Shareholders by higher dividend yield and payout.
So IMO the dividend pay out will be more than 50% and Div of Rs 2.50 is on the cards.
Share price can be adjusted immediately to Rs 31.20 (to reflect current FD rate p.a. @ 8%)
