The current price movement is based on speculation. The degree of success in the speculation will decode the speculator earns or loose money.
People will buy shares due to a) investment purpose b) speculative purpose and c) manipulation purpose.
I don' t see any wrong with the second reason as long as the speculated information is true. Nevertheless it is the investors risk tolerance that will decide his action.

During past many years we saw many up and down cycles of LCEM due to same story.

many people earned millions and others lost.

We cannot tell what will happen this time.

They may start a separate company destroying our hopes or buy LCEM and make it big. Cannot predict.

Irrespective of company structure , You may get an opportunity to sell at double price due to panic buying if Korean or Emirati really arrive and start it.
