I posted this in an earlier post, but I think the expected answer did not receive. Any way thanks for all who tried to help me. Is there any one who uses DFN from DNH to help me to get some points clarified, please.

This is regarding "Valuation Summary" and "Portfolio"
What is meant by the Total of "Cost Basis" clolumn. I think this is the total value spent on shares, if this is the case how come this cloumn value change without any change in the quantity of shares. And how can Avg Cost change without any change in Shares Held.

For Example: in the portfolio I am referring to there have been 400 shares of BFL. Originally Avg Cost was 459, but on a later date it was around 426 and now it is 408.10.

Please help me to understand this issue because I do not think this as a common thing. May be I am wrong.

Note: I have enough experience of CDAX, but new to DFN.

i think it is some thing wrong with you service provider...if you bought BFL at 400 your portfolio it will indicate as unit price as 404.48....it is fixed and when share price fluctuate your portfolio value will be change not the unit price....

unless you have been selling any buying at present prices while maintaining 400 shares, there is no way that this could change. so the broker is the best person to contact to know what's going on

I use DFN system from Capital Trust.I have not got any problems with average prices of my PF.So u better contact ur so called investment adviser....some of them are playing with our money....So better be vigilant..
