Capital Alliance Finance (CALF) - Snapshot : Trading starts on 4th Oct 2011

Trading starts on 4th Oct 2011, tomorrow.

Capital Alliance Holdings (CAH) own only 88% of CALF now, after buying almost 100% of CALF from PMB in May 2011

CAH sold 4 million shares of CALF on 1st August 2011 at Rs15 per share to its employees and selected clients
- Capital Alliance Securities employees also in shareholder list (see page 27 and 115)

33.92 million shares in issue

- EPS of 28 cents for year ended March 2011 (net profit of Rs 9.4 million)
- EPS of 12 cents for quarter ended June 2011
- Book value of Rs 6.9 per share as at 30th June 2011

no use of telling to be careful,
in this mkt everything depends on supply and demand as majority crowd wishes..so if majority crowd is greedy,then prices fly despite counter qualities(EPS,NAV,etc).. Mad

This can be highly manipulated share.

Their NAV is less than 8 and earning not great. So theoratically will not be worth around Rs 15-20 max in my opinion.

But like I said this can be manipulated easily as we have seen in the past.

This went up to 27/= levels during last bull run. But as you said this is a crap share.

This is exactly what i do not like about this Forum.Many try to manipulate their favorite shares and newcomers fall for it.
Hope new moderators would do their job and remove these unwanted promotions done through this forum.

According to the new by laws of the forum all negative and positive promotions are allowed. Especially negative promotions, after all the forum will have to follow GMNet's posts as an example on how to post in the forum. This is now a balanced pro negative forum.

Companies cannot do miracles within month, year or two years. At least should monitor five years. Every industry has cycle, bad period and good period. Some go from good period to bad period after that they wake up strongly. Some can disappear. Then crowd become bull and then market fall. Crowd become bear then market rise. Why Calf? there are many other finance counters that are showing good growth potential , Paying dividends and have low PE in relation to their peers.

CFL PE 13 paying dividends
TFIL PE 7 Paying dividends
Alli PE 3.5 Paying dividends
CRL 9.5 Paying dividends

many more such counters Good luck.
