CT Land(CTLD) owns Majestic city. It sell around 34-35 at present. According to their last statement NAPS=43.54 . I think it is undervalued and good stock. Your ideas appreciated.

I have invested in CTLD because it is a 'value for money' share. It will probably not become a multi-bagger, but has potential to increase about 20% in the short term; besides, there is hardly any downside risk.
Ideal investment for safe, value investors like me...

I hope you bought based on my feedback! CTLD is looking bullish and, if trends are any indication, looks likely to test its previous high in the coming days.

For a longer term real estate play, look at OSEA - which appears to have formed a base at Rs 16.50 - 17.

Both these companies are profit-making, but the shares are trading at less than their book value!
In time, they will catch up, don't you think?

PS: I would appreciate any adverse feedback from members on these 2 shares/ companies.

These share are good to invest for long term. When property sector goes up this can give hughe returns. Until then it appears it is slow play. Yes both these companies is trading under NAV as it is the case with some Land and Property shares.
