RCL Sep report out. Better than expected Profits - 5+ per quarter, and its grown comparared to 2018 and also compared to june qtr considerably. Never expected that much. They have manged this difficult period so well. Now its a matter of when it will touch 120. Even upto 180 possible, but may take time..

When construction sector activity increase after elections, and VAT reduced for manufacturing sector (Specially with a GOTA govt by half), things will be better than expected and just cant think where it will stop.. No known other adverse facts. Even some chances of increasing Import taxes after election (To support local manufacturing). LFIN also keeping things stable with huge profits even during this hardest period. Thats another plus for RCL.

I recommend this is the best share in CSE for the current price (As it has not appreciated much from the lowest price as yet). Thanks for professional mangers and DP. They only save our economy in difficult times, not useless politicians.

RCL is the most undervalued Fundamental share in the market. As I Predicted Election results near correctly (52/41/6), Our RCL prediction also proving right. Still ok to buy as NAV above 200 and Earnings above 20 (20 *10 =200). So the share is helped by both earnings and Net Assets to rise upto 200.

its not late. its a great company undervalued. the tile monopoly of srilanka.
it will rape all other tile companys in srilanka. i predict RCL to 140 levels in near future
also its having massive exports. along with access it will go up. not like access RCL fundamentals are super bright. according to fundamentals it should be velued like 300+ lkr with massive 200+ NAV and huge EPS/Dividents.

If CSE is behaving properly according to Fundamentals, RCL worth 200+ and with Forward PE 300+ But we can atleast expect 160.

people, who do not have any idea about RCL intrinsic value, getting panic and start to sell. as far as I am concerned, This is the most undervalued share in the market with the current economic condition.

I like to buy stocks very cheap and patient . i came to RCL average cost of 70. im not interested thease price levels.but now a days markets RCL is good. i can wait another cupple of years until it come to my price levels. now a days cheapest stock is Seylan. see techniacal chart it has crashed like hell.

Seylan crash due to right issues bank always want to comply with Basel III requirements, so they have to do right issues. People who hold shares when the company make the right issues are in a disastrous position. since bank shares are selling at less than NBV. it is better to stay away from the bank industry and purchase after the right issues ex-due date if the current price is not less than the right price. And then get right as well as additional shares and sell them within 2, 3 weeks is my strategy.

Correct. It can go upto 200. 160 easily..
