Some brokers promoted BIL stating there is good news and get investors to buy above 5:00 range and sadly the news was right issue. seems they could dump before their existing stocks to poor small investors.

This the reason i categorize this share as a scrap. Richer gets more rich and poor get more poorer in CSE. I never recommended BIL to retailers . From begining i gave objections on it.

1)plantation movement also positive to the Bill.
2) Mr.Ishara does not like to buy others rights. So,Someone controlling the price. You can clearly see it from order book. It is finished after next 18th. Finally, It will boom and touch Rs.3 easily.
