Sadly, Strong balance sheet NEST is going to delist. I took a position on this food company with another strong balance sheet when everybody was selling. It doesn't need splits. Sraight forward company. Easy to understand.desh87 wrote:If a company should split their share, it should be for companies like TAFL. It’s a very low liquid share and only 2 mil shares outside of the top 20. Gap between buy and sell will be close to Rs 10 sometimes.
Regarding valuation, this share could easily hit 400+ with the upcoming report and dividend announcement. There are many reasons for a quick push to 400+. Will list few below,
1. Low liquidity. Only 2 million shares outside of top 20.
2. More than 1 million shares have changed hands above Rs, 300 in the last 4 weeks. (That’s 50% of the shares outside of the top 20)
3. Cash rich company. More than Rs 145 per share in cash
4. High dividend paying company. Paid Rs 22 last financial year. So basically we can expect close to Rs 25 dividend announcement soon. ( Feb-Apr)
5. Expecting a stellar report in couple of weeks time. Festive season and pick up in tourism will contribute heavily and can expect a EPS around 12-15.
6. Tax concessions for poultry sector meaning TALF will benefit immensely and probably the most beneficial company from the tax exceptions on poultry.
More than all that the price action is very positive in the past few weeks.
Do your own research. Not a BSH recommendation.
